Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. Cut-off time for cancellations or rescheduling appointments through the online booking site is 1 day PRIOR to the scheduled service time. In case of an emergency: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment, please call (260) 222-4519. Nuda Wax Studio reserves the right to charge 30% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows. The incurred fee(s) must be paid before further bookings are accepted. **PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENTS** Nuda Wax Studio reserves the right to cancel appointments that are left UNCONFIRMED less than 24-36 hours before the scheduled time. Though this rarely occurs, I ask guests to confirm their upcoming appointment(s) once a notification requesting confirmation is received. Thank you for your understanding.
